私隱政策
本私隱政策說明 Kei Lam Chan（下稱「我們」）如何在 HKSI考試題庫（下稱「本 App」）中處理資料。本 App 是一款協助使用者準備 HKSI 相關考試的學習工具。
1. 我們收集或處理的資料
本 App 不要求使用者建立帳戶，也不會主動要求你提供姓名、電話號碼或電郵地址。以下資料可能會被處理：
- 學習進度、錯題紀錄、語言設定、考試成績及 Pro 狀態：儲存在你的裝置本機，用於提供 App 功能。
- 使用情況及分析資料：例如 App 開啟、頁面瀏覽、功能使用、裝置資訊、應用程式互動、購買事件及診斷資料，可能透過 Firebase Analytics 協助我們改善 App。
- 廣告相關資料：本 App 使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告，Google 可能會處理廣告識別碼、裝置資訊、概略位置、廣告展示或互動資料及診斷資料，用於顯示廣告、廣告成效量度、分析及防止濫用。在 iOS 上，如需要使用 IDFA 作追蹤或個人化廣告，App 會透過 App Tracking Transparency 要求授權。
- 購買資料：如你購買 Pro 功能，交易會由 Apple App Store In-App Purchase 或 Google Play Billing 等平台服務處理。我們會在本機記錄是否已解鎖 Pro 功能，並可能透過 Firebase Analytics 記錄商品 ID、價格、購買或恢復狀態等事件資料，用於提供購買功能及改善 App。
- 翻譯內容：如你使用題目翻譯功能，相關題目、選項或解析文字會傳送至 Google Translate 服務以產生翻譯。請勿在翻譯功能輸入個人資料。
2. 資料用途
- 提供測驗、錯題本、進度保存及語言切換等核心功能。
- 顯示廣告及管理 Pro 內購解鎖。
- 分析 App 使用情況、改善穩定性及使用體驗。
- 量度廣告成效，並在你授權追蹤及相關廣告設定容許時提供個人化廣告。
- 在你主動使用翻譯功能時提供文字翻譯。
3. 第三方服務
本 App 使用以下第三方服務。這些服務可能依其私隱政策處理資料：

4. 資料保留與刪除
儲存在裝置本機的學習資料可透過清除 App 資料或卸載 App 移除。第三方服務處理的資料則按其各自政策保留和刪除。
5. 兒童私隱
本 App 面向準備專業資格考試的使用者，並非為 13 歲以下兒童設計。我們不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。
6. 資訊安全
我們會採取合理措施保護資料。不過，互聯網傳輸或電子儲存方式不能保證絕對安全。

我們可能不時更新本私隱政策。更新後的版本會在此頁公布，並以頁面上的「最後更新」日期為準。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Kei Lam Chan ("we", "us") handles information in HKSI Exam Helper (the "App"). The App is a study tool for users preparing for HKSI-related examinations.
1. Information We Process
The App does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, phone number, or email address. The following information may be processed:
- Study progress, mistake records, language preferences, exam results, and Pro unlock status are stored locally on your device to provide App features.
- Usage and analytics data, such as app opens, screen views, feature interactions, device information, app interactions, purchase events, and diagnostics, may be processed through Firebase Analytics.
- Advertising data may be processed by Google AdMob, including advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad impressions or interactions, and diagnostics, for ad serving, ad measurement, analytics, and abuse prevention. On iOS, if IDFA is needed for tracking or personalized ads, the App requests authorization through App Tracking Transparency.
- Purchase information is handled by Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing when you buy Pro features. The App stores whether Pro access has been unlocked locally and may log event data such as product ID, price, and purchase or restore status through Firebase Analytics to provide purchase functionality and improve the App.
- If you use the translation feature, the relevant question, option, or explanation text is sent to Google Translate to generate the translation. Do not enter personal information into the translation feature.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide quizzes, mistake review, progress saving, and language switching.
- To show ads and manage Pro in-app purchase access.
- To understand App usage, improve stability, and improve user experience.
- To measure ad performance and, where you authorize tracking and applicable ad settings allow it, provide personalized ads.
- To provide translation when you actively use the translation feature.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may process information under their own privacy policies:

4. Retention and Deletion
Local study data can be removed by clearing App data or uninstalling the App. Data processed by third-party services is retained and deleted according to their respective policies.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users preparing for professional qualification examinations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
