使用條款
使用 HKSI考試題庫（下稱「本 App」）即表示你同意本使用條款。如你不同意本條款，請停止使用本 App。
1. App 目的
本 App 是一款考試溫習及練習工具，旨在協助使用者準備 HKSI 相關考試。本 App 並非官方考試機構、教育機構或金融監管機構的服務。
2. 非官方聲明
本 App 與香港證券及投資學會（HKSI）、香港證監會或任何官方考試機構沒有隸屬、認可、贊助或代表關係。HKSI 及相關名稱可能屬其各自權利人的商標或名稱。
3. 內容準確性
我們會盡力提供有用和準確的學習內容，但不保證題目、答案、解析、翻譯或考試資訊完全準確、完整或最新。你應以官方公布和正式教材為準。
4. 不保證考試結果
使用本 App 不保證你能通過任何考試、取得任何牌照或符合任何監管要求。你需要自行承擔學習及考試準備責任。
5. 內購與廣告
本 App 可能包含廣告及一次性 Pro 內購。購買和退款由 Google Play 的條款及政策處理。Pro 功能的實際內容可能因版本更新而調整，但我們會盡量維持已購買使用者的核心權益。
6. 可接受使用
你同意不會濫用本 App，包括但不限於逆向工程、嘗試繞過付費功能、破壞服務、未經授權複製或散佈內容，或以違法方式使用本 App。
7. 知識產權
除非另有說明，本 App 的介面、程式碼、設計、整理方式及原創內容均由我們或相關權利人擁有。你只可為個人學習目的使用本 App。
8. 第三方服務與連結
本 App 可能使用或連結至 Google、Firebase、AdMob、Google Play Billing、Google Translate 或其他第三方服務。這些服務受其各自條款及政策約束。
9. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不會就因使用或無法使用本 App 而產生的任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損失承擔責任。
10. 條款更新
我們可能不時更新本使用條款。更新後的版本會在此頁公布，並以頁面上的「最後更新」日期為準。你在更新後繼續使用本 App，即表示你接受更新後的條款。

By using HKSI Exam Helper (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. Purpose of the App
The App is an exam revision and practice tool intended to help users prepare for HKSI-related examinations. The App is not a service of any official examination body, education provider, or financial regulator.
2. No Official Affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or representing the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI), the Securities and Futures Commission, or any official examination body. HKSI and related names may be trademarks or names of their respective owners.
3. Accuracy of Content
We try to provide useful and accurate study content, but we do not guarantee that questions, answers, explanations, translations, or examination information are accurate, complete, or up to date. You should refer to official announcements and official study materials.
4. No Guarantee of Exam Results
Using the App does not guarantee that you will pass any examination, obtain any licence, or satisfy any regulatory requirement. You are responsible for your own study and exam preparation.
5. In-App Purchases and Ads
The App may contain advertisements and a one-time Pro in-app purchase. Purchases and refunds are handled under Google Play's terms and policies. Pro features may change as the App evolves, but we will try to preserve the core benefits for users who have purchased Pro access.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including reverse engineering, attempting to bypass paid features, disrupting services, copying or distributing content without authorization, or using the App unlawfully.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the App interface, code, design, compilation, and original content are owned by us or relevant rights holders. You may use the App only for personal study purposes.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may use or link to services provided by Google, Firebase, AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google Translate, or other third parties. These services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
